Quick clues in Bill Sparkman murder - location of body - can you help?

A Google/AP story has some details about where Sparkman's body was found:

The substitute teacher, 51, was discovered Sept. 12 in a remote patch of Daniel Boone National Forest in Clay County where he was working part-time for the government.

According to a Kentucky State Police statement, the body was hanging from a tree with a noose around the neck, yet it was in contact with the ground.

The word "fed" had been scrawled on his chest, according to a law enforcement official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the official was not authorized to discuss the case.

There was no visual evidence of any crime — or even any police investigation — at the Hoskins family cemetery, which includes dozens of tombstones, many bearing the Hoskins name. It sits on a steep hill less than 200 yards from the narrow road that cuts through the forest.

At the entrance to the path leading there were two white rubber gloves, and there was other litter on the ground, including discarded soda cans and a children's toy.

A genealogy site maintains a resource of family cemetery descriptions and has the following info about the "Hoskins family cemetery."

just in front of the High School. Now there is a gun shop/pawn
shop located in the bottom floor of the home there. You have to
go through their property to walk up the hill to the cemetery.
It is surrounded by trees and barely noticeable from the road.

I have attempted the beginning of a Google map detailing where the body was found - but I honestly don't know where to begin. Was the body found inside Manchester? Which High School is near the "old Hoskins place?" If anyone has any additional details they can add about the site where the body was found, please leave them in the comments.

It is my goal with this site to identify the murderer(s) of Bill Sparkman, who I believe were inspired by the Glenn Beck/Limbaugh/Mike Savage/Teabagger bunch who were riled up on Sept. 12 by the large anti-government, anti-Obama, anti-healthcare demonstration in DC. These groups are also obsessed with the US Census. I believe there is every reason to think extremists were responsible for his death.

Let's pull together and catch these bastards before they hurt someone else.
